*Level 4 Learning and Skills Mentor (LSM) qualification.
This 12 month apprenticeship course is suitable for Middle Leaders, Aspiring Senior Leaders and ECT Mentors.
The core intent of this Level 4 programme is to transform experienced practitioners into highly skilled Teacher Development Coaches, moving beyond the role of an informal advisor.
In a collegiate partnership, these dual-professional coach-mentors drive measurable, sustainable improvements in Teaching and Learning (T&L) by empowering colleagues through a facilitative, person-centred coaching approach.
Our curriculum, underpinned by established models like Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence and the Johari Window, is designed to cultivate self-aware, ethically sound professionals ready to immediately put their skills into practice.
