Bellevue apprenticeships are designed specifically for people working in the education sector who want to develop and deepen their skills and progress in their careers across the sector, whatever their role within schools.

Our apprenticeship programs are run by Bellevue experienced Educators. These individuals all have extensive experience working on the ground and in strategic education positions. Founded in 2003, the principal aim of Bellevue Education has always been to educate to the highest possible standards. Our group is led by a committed and passionate team of educators who have a wealth of insight, experience and expertise.
The principle ‘Together We Can’ underpins our commitment to collaboration, teamwork and sharing best practice with partners. As an employer as well as a provider, we understand the importance of being flexible and agile, so that we are responsive to the needs of apprentices and employers. Accordingly, our courses are tailored with bespoke design, content and pathways; equipping our apprentices with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to deliver excellence in their chosen fields.
After three highly successful years of providing apprenticeship training internally to Bellevue’s broader group and a small number of external employers, this has led us to expand our fully funded offering to the external market.
Each of our five apprenticeship courses are uniquely designed with customised content and pathways, preparing our apprentices with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to achieve excellence in their careers. They are;
- Teaching Assistant (L3)
- Early Years Educator (L3)
- Middle Leader Coach Mentoring (Learning & Skills Mentor (L4))
- Specialist Teaching Assistant (L5) – specialising in SEND or SEMH
- Senior Leadership in Schools (Operations Manager (L5))
- Early Years Lead Practitioner (L5)
