We are a school-specialist apprenticeship provider solely focused on developing staff in education and school focused apprenticeships. We don’t just provide training; we are an organisation of learners and we’re passionate not only about education, but about developing the key people within education. And we do the same jobs as you. That’s why we understand what you need. We know the daily reality of covering staff, ratios in Early Years, managing tight budgets, and the constant pressure of recruitment and retention. We started this journey to support our own staff development, and now we’re here to help you do the same.
Why It Works
We know that time out of the classroom is the single biggest barrier to development, especially with ever-tightening budgets. Our model uses a Deliberate Practice framework that truly focuses on learning through significant application as well as theory, ensuring your apprentices stay productive in their settings while they train with us.
Flexibility and Impact
By blending live online interactive sessions with flexible, on-demand learning, we make Off-The-Job Training actually work for your school. Our programmes work alongside academic terms, with breaks for half terms and within main school holidays, because we know staff work super hard during term time. Whether your team members are Nursery Practitioners, TAs, teachers or aspiring Headteachers, we help you create a professional pathway without ceilings.
Working Closely With Employers
We offer closed cohorts for 10 or more apprentices on a single course from your group or Trust and will work with you as an employer to tailor the learning to your current strategic needs. We can adapt our curriculum within the standard to provide the focus for your vision or approach to make sure the training is contextual and highly meaningful for your teams.
Only wanting to add one or two employees to our apprenticeships?
No problem. For employers with apprentices joining our open cohorts, we will work with you to find out if there is anything specific that we can tailor to your needs within the standard and this can be delivered through personalised pathways for your apprentice.
