École des Roches offers summer camps to boys and girls aged 7-18. Alongside its traditional camp which incorporates language lessons, sporting and cultural activities and outings, it also offers a series of themed courses (from age 12), including Tennis, Aviation, Cooking, Etiquette and Go-Karting.
During the course of their stay at Summer Camp (minimum 2 week stay), participants will have the chance to mix with students of a similar age from all over the world.
Sample activities include:
- Golf
- Badminton
- Horse Riding
- Cookery
- Creative arts
And there is an extensive excursion programme, incorporating visits to Paris, Versailles, Mont St Michel, Le Mans and many other places of cultural/historic interest.
For older students, the themed camps offer the opportunity to learn a new skill; Go Karting, new for Summer 2020 includes both racing and maintenance; Etiquette includes gastronomy and culinary arts, appearance and bearing, and ballroom dancing; for young flight enthusiasts, Ecole des Roches offers a unique programme of aeronautical activities at the nearby flight club, including theoretical courses, aircraft handling, and even aerobatics!
